Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans and credit packages under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • For credit packages, the credits must not have been used.
  • For subscription plans, you must have used fewer than 10% of your credits from your current billing cycle.
  • You have not previously received a refund for any MMAudio service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your account email address and the Order ID or Transaction ID.
  • Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated).

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal).
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or PayPal account.
  • Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Request made after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Excessive usage of the service (more than 10% of your credits used in the cycle).
  • Violation of our Terms of Use resulting in account suspension.
  • Promotional or discounted offers specifically marked as non-refundable.
